Already at the beginning of the year 2017, the Friedmann family had to bid a last farewell to one of their foundation mares, F Samirah (Ali Valentino), a half-sister of European and Reserve World Champion F Shamaal. Bred from American Straight Egyptian lines, she soon became a successful show horse. She was multiple champion mare, not only in shows for Straight Egyptians, but in open show rings, national and international. Whether it be in Holland, France or Switzerland, she often came back home with a champion or reserve champion sash.
More important that show ring successes are her offspring, F Siraja (by WH Justice) and F Sana Bint AL Lahab (by Al Lahab). Her soft character will long be remembered at the Lunzenhof of the Friedmann family.
